We are living in what I will call the dispensational age of grace.
What does that mean?
John 1:17 For the law was given by Moses, but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ.
I. God’s grace for your salvation (Rom 5:6-10)
God’s grace has been evident in every age
Mankind has always needed God’s grace for salvation
Titus 2:11 For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men,
Are you a child of God?
II. God’s grace for your sanctification (Rom 5:20, 21; 6:12-14)
God’s grace is more than just for salvation. Titus 2:11-14
The great truth of the age of grace – God’s grace is to give you victory over sin and its power, not just forgiveness from it.
The law brought the revelation of sin; grace brought victory over or deliverance from sin
