It isn’t that the Lord can’t accomplish great things without you, HE DOESN’T WANT TO ACCOMPLISH GREAT THINGS WITHOUT YOU!
I want you to notice something that stood out to me. In neither of these situations did the Lord get angry with these men… His goal was the restore them. He wanted them to be used in His ministry
I. The Lord wants to restore you when you lack faith (John 11:8, 16; 14:4-6; 20:19-31)
Did you even remember the boldness of Thomas in chapter 11?
Lacking faith will always limit your ability to be used
II. The Lord wants to restore you when you lack direction (John 21)
The reason for Peter’s return to fishing, and for how long, we don’t know, but the Lord took this seriously
