An example of simmering anger and why it is often sinful: Psalm 39
Jeremiah was being mistreated because he was faithful to bear the Lord’s message… (Jer 20:9)
Someone has said, “Locked lips make hearts hotter”
Job loathes his hopeless and afflicted condition (Job 7:11-20)
We are to put off explosive anger and simmering anger, but biblically what are we to do with it?
What are some biblical illustrations of people who were sinned against who wrongly treated (at least in their eyes) and did they respond biblically or sinfully?
My example would be Laban with Jacob (Gen 31:24-38)
