This is worship! This is communion!
1 Corinthians has much to say about the cross and the Gospel of salvation (1 Cor 1:17-23; 2:1-5; 15:1-4, 14)
Gal 6:14 But God forbid that I should glory, save in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom the world is crucified unto me, and I unto the world.
I. Communion – This is a time to remember (vv. 23-25)
This is for Christians
This is for reflection
This is for communion – joint fellowship with the Lord and believers (1 John 1:3)
II. Communion – This is a time to re-proclaim (v. 26)
This is for preaching
