BECOMING PART OF THE MISSION PARTNERSHIP

Text: 1 Corinthians 3:4-10
Theme: As Christians we are to be involved in the ministry of reaching the world with the Gospel.
Mark 16:15 And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.
I. You should seek for humility in the partnership of missions (1 Cor 3:4, 5)
Using Paul as an example, his goal was to impact as many lives for Christ as possible. He didn’t look at himself as great because of that, but as a minister, steward & servant
While Paul knew he didn’t have to do it alone, he did it as though it all depended on him (1 Cor 9:16-27)
While you don’t have to do it alone, are you doing all that you can for the cause of reaching the world with the Gospel?
II. You should find honor in the partnership of missions
A. Co-labourers with men (1 Cor. 3:5, 6)
Effective leaders don’t try to do it on their own. They look forward to opportunities to serve w/ others
B. Co-labourers with God (1 Cor. 3:6-9)
