The church doesn’t need ministries of mentoring and discipleship, but people with a mindset of mentoring and discipleship. We must develop a mindset of ministry to our own body of Christ
With privilege comes responsibility & opportunity
In this passage I would like for you to see the two key components that I see… 1. Loving mentoring 2. growth & development

I. The body of Christ needs loving mentors
II. The body of Christ needs to be allowed to grow
? What are you adding to the development of the body of Christ?
If the church has to start a ministry for you to minister then you are being led by the church more than by the Holy Spirit
